How it started
Some places in a city are hidden in plain sight—floors you pass every day, doors you never open, rooms that hold years of intensity behind silence.
Eixample 46 began as one of those places.
A Catalan heritage floor in Eixample, once Qmenta’s HQ—built for serious work, kept private, full of quiet history.
We saw it and knew: this space shouldn’t stay closed.
Our mission is simple and ambitious: to reopen rare spaces like this and give them a new life through design, reuse, and community. We chase meaning.
We build with what already exists—recovering pieces, curating objects, keeping the soul intact.
This first location is intentionally eclectic—beautiful corners, collected materials, a “work in progress” honesty. But the rhythm is calm: quiet focus, professional standards, and room to think.
