What kind of people work here?
Eixample 46 is for people who take their work seriously, but don’t want to do it alone. You’ll meet founders, small teams, creatives, designers, consultants, developers, product people, and remote workers; locals and internationals.
What are your opening hours?
Community hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–19:00 Late-evening for a talk / afterwork / open day. Private office teams may have extended access (by agreement)
How does access work (building door vs office door)?
There are two doors: Building door: open Mon–Fri, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30. Closed on weekends. Office door: access with entry cards (20 available) + 5 physical keys. If you have a private office, you can access the office door anytime according to your access agreement. For day passes and memberships, standard access aligns with community hours.

What’s the difference between Passes, Flex and Fixed Desk Membership?
Hot Desk (Day Pass / Packs): you sit anywhere available in shared desk areas for the day. Flex Desk Membership: monthly access (Mon–Fri, 9–19) to shared seating (not reserved). Fixed Desk Membership: monthly access (Mon–Fri, 9–19) with a dedicated desk.
Do you have a quiet area? Where do I take calls? Is it noisy?
Yes. We have a quiet/focus zone specifically for deep work. It’s low-noise by design (headphones encouraged, calls taken elsewhere, no group work inside the focus zone). Calls are welcome, but we ask members to use: the meeting rooms / bookable areas, or designated “call-friendly” areas This keeps shared desks and the quiet zone genuinely productive.
